We are a group of young professionals from across India, with a drive to effect positive social change in our own lifetimes. Our roots were simple, we came from small towns, and built our careers after getting a college education from premier colleges. We have witnessed the transformational change in families when education and empowerment comes their way even for a single generation. We firmly believe that this can happen to everyone who got the short straw in the birth lottery if only fortunate ones like us pay the deed forward.

We do not think we need to become billionaires or retire from a career to start giving back to society. Our core team plans and implements the initiatives during our personal time. We find it worthwhile to channel our time and energy to pool together resources that enable children from underprivileged families to achieve their goals and aspire for a good life.
